A redesign of an event management system for an exclusive social group, focusing on streamlining the event creation and management process through user-centered design principles.

Creating, editing and managing events takes too long and is often burdened by aged UI and UX.

Solution: Implemented post-publish notification system with email integration and direct event page links
Challenge 2: External Service Integration
Discovery of mandatory external database compatibility requirement revealed by interviews.
Solution: Added flexible toggle system in event creation flow with retroactive editing capabilities
